K	Karin van der Lugt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De dagbesteding is goed georganiseerd en daar wordt veel tijd aan besteed. De woonbegeleiding is ver onder de maat, deze hangt er een beetje bij. De visie die ze zeggen uit te dragen, betreft niet de bewoners. Ze moeten zich aanpassen aan de begeleiding, ipv andersom. De begeleiding reageert laat of helemaal niet op vragen/signalen van bewoners, waardoor zij zich niet gesteund/gehoord of begrepen voelen. De communicatie is niet afgestemd op de doelgroep en zij worden afgerekend op hun handicap. De woningen zijn nieuw maar zeker niet prikkelarm gebouwd, ze zijn erg gehorig en dus niet geschikt voor mensen die prikkelgevoelig zijn voor geluiden. The daytime activities are well organized and a lot of time is spent on it. Housing supervision is far below par, it depends a bit. The vision they say they propagate does not concern the residents. They have to adapt to the guidance, instead of the other way around. The guidance responds late or not at all to questions / signals from residents, as a result of which they do not feel supported / heard or understood. The communication is not geared to the target group and they are judged on their disability. The houses are new but certainly not low-stimulus, they are very noisy and therefore not suitable for people who are sensitive to sounds.
