De Stichting Cultuur Kleine Noordijk stelt zich ten doel op kleinschalige basis culturele, kunstzinnige en sociale activiteiten te organiseren op Landgoed Kleine Noordijk. Daarmee beoogt zij een bijdrage te leveren aan de vitaliteit en het leef- en woonklimaat van de gemeente Voorst en omgeving en het landgoed toegankelijker te maken voor publiek.
De stichting heeft vorm gekregen vanuit de behoefte van de landgoedeigenaren enerzijds, om de schoonheid en historie van het landgoed te delen met derden. Anderzijds bestaat er bij belangstellenden een behoefte aan openstelling van en informatie over het landgoed.
Kleinschaligheid en een persoonlijke benadering passen bij de waarden en sfeer van het landgoed en zijn voorwaarden om bezoekers met elkaar, het landgoed, maar ook met kunstenaars, musici en artiesten in gesprek/contact te brengen. De beleving van het landgoed draagt bij aan de beleving van voorstellingen en activiteiten en vice versa.
