★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De molen Gabriel of Voorste Molen dateert uit 1635 en is gebouwd door Peter Corneliszn Plemper uit Naarden. Het is een type grondzeiler en is een achtkantige binnenkruier (informatie Nederlandse molendatabase, te vinden op internet). De molen diende om de polder Kortenhoef te bemalen, maar is niet langer als zodanig in bedrijf. De wieken kunnen wel draaien. De molen ligt vlak bij de rotonde in de N201 met richtingen Vreeland, Kortenhoef en Nederhorst den Berg en de fietsroutes daarheen.
 The Gabriel or Voorste Molen mill dates from 1635 and was built by Peter Corneliszn Plemper from Naarden. It is a type of ground sailor and is an octagonal inland barber (information Dutch windmill database, available on the internet). The mill served to drain the polder Kortenhoef, but is no longer in operation as such. The blades can turn. The mill is located near the roundabout on the N201 with directions to Vreeland, Kortenhoef and Nederhorst den Berg and the cycling routes there.
