R	Roger Keulen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heb een aangereden Kraai gevonden. Wilde hem zelf brengen maar politie die ik tegen kwam heeft voor mij hun gebelt. Waren binnen 20 minuten al aanwezig in Valkenburg en hebben het beestje netjes mee genomen. Found a run-down Crow. Wanted to bring it myself but the police I met called them for me. Were already present in Valkenburg within 20 minutes and have neatly taken the animal with them.
J	Jodi Omloo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liep uit bij een aangereden kat met waarschijnlijk hersenletsel. Er kwam namelijk bloed uit zijn oortjes, mondje en neus en lag nog te spartelen. Niet wetende wat ik moest doen bel ik 112 zij zijn behulpzaam en verbinden je door met de politie. Deze ook erg behulpzaam en verbinden je door met de dierenambulance. Hier mijn verhaal gedaan te hebben, te vemelden waar ik ben en wat er met het katje aan de hand is zeggen zij dat ze me doorverbinden met het dierenasiel in born want zei gaan hierover. Het dierenasiel is open van 9-5 en dit gebeurde om 8 uur 's avonds en dan krijg je een nummer voor te bellen voor dieren in nood, dit nummer 2 keer gebeld en beide keren na een paar seconden van de lijn gegooid. Ter aanvulling van dit alles kost het bovenop de reguliere belkosten 50 cent per minuut om de dierenambulance te bellen en 25 cent per minuut om het dierenasiel te bellen. Echt belachelijk dit, hoop dat dit nooit meer iemand hoeft te overkomen. Walked out of a run-over cat with probably brain damage. Because blood came from his ears, mouth and nose and was still struggling. Not knowing what to do, I call 112, they are helpful and put you through to the police. They are also very helpful and will connect you to the animal ambulance. Having told my story here, telling me where I am and what is going on with the kitten, they say that they put me through to the animal shelter in Born because they said about this. The animal shelter is open from 9-5 and this happened at 8pm and then you get a number to call for animals in need, called this number 2 times and both times thrown off the line after a few seconds. In addition to all this, it costs 50 cents per minute to call the animal ambulance and 25 cents per minute to call the animal shelter on top of the regular calling charges. Really ridiculous this, hope this never has to happen to anyone again.
M	Marcel T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verzwakt zeer jonge ree gevonden in het bos. Dierenambulance gebeld en waren snel ter plaatse. Jong ree werd naar de wildopvang gebracht. Ben benieuwd of het ree het overleefd heeft. Weakened very young deer found in the forest. Called animal ambulance and were quickly on the spot. Young deer was taken to the wildlife sanctuary. I wonder if the deer survived.

Ze komen zo snel ze kunnen en hebben hart voor alle dieren. Echt respect voor jullie en het werk dat jullie doen! Super happy with these champs! I've called them twice recently with a report about sick birds that I had seen. They come as fast as they can and they have a heart for all animals. Real respect for you and the work you do!

S	S B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ today we called for an urgency, its incredible that we couldnt expect any service from someone who calls themself a dierenambulance. 3 different passengers called you for a pigeon that fell on the street and hurt itself, and you were not able to support. the arrogance and unfriendliness was the most shocking issue, as you didnt feel the need to come immediately, even asked us to catch the bird, else you wouldnt make any effort to come. definetely not worse to recommend for trust and reliability. not even worth one star!
