★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mooi gebied voor wandelen en fietsen. Goed aangegeven routes. Keurig verzorgd terras en toiletten bij centrum.
Nice area for walking and cycling. Well marked trails. Neatly maintained terrace and toilets near the center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giga-geweldig! Nog nooit heb ik zo iets meegemaakt. Stipt om half 5 kwam er een enorme kudde met schapen en twee herdershonden op ons af sprinten. Nu was het niet geheel de bedoeling dat de schapen naar de stal gingen, maar naar de weide toe. Gelukkig betekende dit voor ons dat we een muur mochten vormen om de schapen de goede kant op te leiden. Het was geweldig om te zien hoe herder en hond samen werken om dit voor elkaar te krijgen. Wel is het een klein beetje intimiderend om 200+ schapen op je af zien rennen...
Giga-awesome! Never have I experienced anything like this. At half past four a huge herd of sheep and two sheepdogs came sprinting towards us. Now it was not entirely the intention for the sheep to go to the stable, but to the pasture. Fortunately for us this meant that we were allowed to form a wall to lead the sheep in the right direction. It was great to see shepherd and dog working together to make this happen. It is a little intimidating to see 200+ sheep running towards you...

It was quite busy but that might be because there are a lot of lams to be seen. They were adorable!
