★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In April 2017 ben ik met stichting Homeplan meegegaan op bouwreis naar Zuid Afrika, een onvergetelijke maar vooral ook leerzame ervaring waarbij het contact met de lokale bevolking voorop staat.
Tijdens de bouwreis is goed te zien hoe homeplan de donaties inzet om de allerarmsten een nieuwe kans te bieden, niet alleen door het bouwen van een woning maar ook door het aanbieden van bijvoorbeeld computercursussen.
 In April 2017 I went with the Homeplan foundation on a building trip to South Africa, an unforgettable but also educational experience where contact with the local population is paramount.
During the construction trip you can clearly see how home plan uses the donations to offer the poorest people a new chance, not only by building a home but also by offering computer courses, for example.
