★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iedere keer als ik er langs kom en er is weer een nieuwe opmaak in de etalage ga ik even naar binnen. Altijd weer bijzondere foto's en ook altijd een fijn ontvangst en leuke verhalen erom heen
Every time I pass by and there is a new layout in the shop window, I go inside. Always special photos and always a nice reception and nice stories around it

Elke fotograaf met een bijzonder portfolio kan de ruimte huren om te exposeren en daarmee is Fotogalerie Lichtzone een laagdrempelig initiatief om de fotografie onder de aandacht van het publiek te brengen en te houden. Bestaat al sinds 1995 en wordt door vrijwilligers en zonder enige subsidies (!) gerund.
Set in a typical building, free of charge, and each month a surprising new photo exhibition. Every photographer with a special portfolio can rent the space to exhibit, making Photogallery Light Zone a low-threshold initiative to bring photography to the attention of the public. Has been around since 1995 and is run by volunteers and without any subsidies (!).

Very accessible gallery for both visitors and exhibitors. There is always an opportunity for a chat about the exhibition or about photography. Very diverse exhibits.
