Het SMO zou meer geld moeten krijgen, dan kunnen ze beter personeel aannemen: te veel laag opgeleid en niet al te snugger personeel (ook kader) is een groot probleem voor het SMO, het staat verbetering van een ouderwets en roestig systeem in de weg....als ook degelijke hulp, waardoor dat ook een probleem kan zijn voor hulpzoekenden.
The SMO does a good job in Helmond such as housing support and homeless shelters. The SMO should receive more money, so they can hire better staff: too many poorly educated and not too bright staff (including management) is a major problem for the SMO, it stands in the way of improving an old-fashioned and rusty system. ... as well as decent help, which can also be a problem for those seeking help.
