Het product bleek reeds verkocht. Optie tot geld terug te storten is gedaan, tot op heden heb ik dat niet geaccepteerd. Feit is dat onterfdgoed o.a. geen algemene voorwaarden op de website heeft en ook niet bij de bevestiging heeft toegevoegd. Kortom: er missen nogal wat (verplichte) zaken op de website Enfin, ik heb betaald, onterfdgoed zou in deze gewoon moeten leveren. Contact met de ACM gehad, deze zegt dat ze niet zullen leveren (product was al verkocht) maar dat ik wel een schadevergoeding kan eisen. Ik vermoed dat de ACM ook nog wel even contact opneemt met onterfdgoed i.v.m de verplichte eisen m.b.t webshops. Ik wacht nog even af of onterfdgoed met een fatsoenlijke oplossing komt. Option to refund money has been made, so far I have not accepted that. The fact is that onterfdgoed has no general terms and conditions on the website and has not added them to the confirmation. In short: quite a few (mandatory) items are missing on the website Anyway, I have paid, disinfected goods should simply deliver in this. Had contact with the ACM, which says that they will not deliver (product was already sold) but that I can claim compensation. I suspect that the ACM will also get in touch with onterfdgoed in connection with the mandatory requirements for web shops. I just have to wait and see if solids will come up with a decent solution.
