De rozen kwekers laten hun mooiste rozen zien in de vorm van mooie kunst werken. Het hele dorpje staat in het teken van de roos. Het dorpje is rondom af gesloten. En de toegang is niet gratis. Maar hou je van rozen mag je dit niet missen. Once every two years there is a Rose Festival in Lottum, a town in Limburg on the Maas. The rose growers show their most beautiful roses in the form of beautiful works of art. The whole village is dominated by the rose. The village is closed all around. And admission is not free. But if you like roses, you should not miss this.

Prachtig versierd met mooie kunstwerken van bloemen aangevuld met muziek, eten, demonstraties en shows. Waar een klein dorp groot in kan zijn! Wow! What a great event! If you like flowers you have to see this. Beautifully decorated with beautiful artwork of flowers complemented by music, food, demonstrations and shows. What a small village can be great at!

Prijs dit jaar € 18,00 per persoon, wel prijzig voor 1 gezin... Maar je ziet heel veel creativiteit met vaak als hoogtepunt een prachtig versierde kerk. Een toeristische trekpleister in de omgeving! 2-yearly event, in which the whole village is involved. Everywhere you look you see roses???. A different theme every time. Price this year € 18.00 per person, pricey for 1 family ... But you see a lot of creativity, often highlighted by a beautifully decorated church. A tourist attraction in the area!
F	Frits Woning on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij zijn er geweest en genoten van de vele rozen , deze worden in alle kleuren gekweekt . Wat ons ook op viel waren de hele velden met afrikaantjes . Deze beperken de aaltjes in de grond , die de rozen aantasten . Lottum is ook nog een leuk dorp . Fr. W 2020 . We have been there and enjoyed the many roses, which are grown in all colors. We also noticed the whole fields of marigolds. These limit the nematodes in the soil, which affect the roses. Lottum is also a nice village. Fr. W 2020.

Dabei werden an verschiedenen Stellen unterschiedliche Themen und Situationen dargestellt. Die Darstellung erfolgt dabei im Hauptteil aus einer Komposition von Rosen, die das Bild ergeben. Das Fest geht von Freitags bis Montags. Der Tageseintritt liegt bei 17,50. Das Parken ist kostenfrei. Die Flussüberfahrt ist ebenfalls kostenfrei. Nächstes Rosenfest im Jahr 2020.
