About Stichting Scagon Theater
David Vos zingt en vertelt hartstochtelijk over alles wat allang bezongen en verteld is, maar altijd de moeite waard blijft om gezongen en verteld te worden.
Hartverscheurende stukken uit het bezielde en bezielende poëtische oeuvre van Ramses Shaffy, Lennaert Nijgh, Willem Wilmink, Theo Nijland, Jeroen Zijlstra, Johan Hoogeboom, Lieven Tavernier, Jacky de Vries,Bertold Brecht en natuurlijk Jacques Brel.
In zijn Tour de Chant wordt David meeslepend en bezield begeleid door pianiste Nettie Krull.
’Een zachte woesteling’ zo werd David eens door Jaques d’Ancona betiteld. En De Volkskrant schreef: ,,David Vos zoekt het wat breder: Hartstocht en kilte, de strijd tussen gevoel en verstand, onvoorwaardelijke trouw en blinde vlucht. Andermans passie verwatert snel als het niet met het juiste gevoel wordt gebracht. David Vos toont moed en zakt niet door het ijs.”
