P	Patrick vdB. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typisch voorbeeld van een woningbouwvereniging die verder wil uitbreiden en daarbij het contact met de huurder heeft verloren. Op mails wordt alleen gereageerd als je na de zoveelste keer wachten boos aan de telefoon hangt. Ook dan worden antwoorden in 1 zin afgedaan. Deze hebben dan ook nog nauwelijks betrekking op je vraag. Probeer je een kopie te krijgen van je huurcontract (voor de Belastingdienst) dan zijn ze deze opeens kwijt. (Ja meneer tijdens de digitalisering is alles van voor 5 jaar terug verdwenen..). En een oplossing wordt niet aangedragen. Men beëindigd gewoon het gesprek. Kortom pure onwil om maar iets voor de huurder te willen betekenen. O ja. Toch zijn ze in 1 ding wel erg goed. Ze zijn er als de kippen bij om de jaarlijkse huurverhoging te innen! Maar zeker ook met zichzelf is verloren interne procedures of controles lijken er niet te zijn. Ontzettend jammer zeker gezien het feit dat je niet echt kunt kiezen als klant. Tip doe alles schriftelijk en borg zoveel mogelijk zodat je met de haast onvoorkomelijke fouten van deze organisatie goed ingedekt bent. Zeer onbeschofte organisatie. Listen to the comment below please. Viveste Houten does not stand for people and do not even know their own agreements after which they try to pressure you. Viveste Houten is een zeer bureaucratische instellingen waar de regels en protocollen boven de mensen staan.
