★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een verschrikkelijke woningbouwvereniging! Totaal niet klantvriendelijk, verbreken de verbinding, reageren niet op e-mail etc. Ze bieden misschien wel redelijke goedkope huurwoningen aan, maar service is er niet. Afspraken worden niet nagekomen en als er wat is met je huis moet je er vaak achterna voordat ze iemand langs sturen. En je ze zo ver hebt dat ze iemand langs sturen is het ook maar de vraag of het probleem goed opgelost wordt. Erg blij dat we een ander huis hebben wat niet van swa is. De man die ons huis kwam beoordelen voordat we gingen verhuizen kwam ook best erg dreigend en ook weer niet klantvriendelijk over. Mijn advies is huur geen huis van woningbouw Achtkarspelen. Elke woningbouw heeft vast wel iets, maar zoiets als dit heb ik bij geen andere woningbouwvereniging meegemaakt.
What a terrible housing association! Not customer friendly at all, disconnect, do not respond to e-mail etc. They may offer reasonable cheap rental properties, but service is not there. Appointments are not kept and if there is something wrong with your house, you often have to chase it before they send someone along. And you have them so far that they send someone along, the question is whether the problem will be solved properly. Very happy that we have another house that is not swa. The man who came to assess our house before we moved was also very threatening and not customer friendly. My advice is not to rent a house from Achtkar Games residential buildings. Every house construction probably has something, but I have never experienced anything like this at any other housing association.

Does little or nothing to help people who are looking for a home. You don't get any urgency there anymore.
