s	stone shovel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super mooi en rustgevend hotel met prachtig zwembad. Mensen zijn super vriendelijk en eten is heerlijk. Wat ons betreft zeker een aanrader als je niet in de drukte wilt zitten, maar toch zo in het centrum zit met de taxi. Super nice and relaxing hotel with beautiful swimming pool. People are super friendly and food is delicious. As far as we are concerned, definitely recommended if you do not want to sit in the crowds, but still sit in the center by taxi.
L	Lee L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huis uitgezet omdat ik achterliep in de huur, door corona baan kwijtgeraakt en ik overigens aan het inlossen was. Ontzettend veel problemen veroorzaakt, lekkages werden niet opgelost. Uit het niets staat er een of ander incassobureau (VanNim) voor de deur die zich uit als deurwaarder en letterlijk zegt "betalen pannenkoek". Niks was bespreekbaar en ontzettend asociale houding heeft. Zeker niet in zee gaan met Stienstra! Evicted my house because I was behind in the rent, lost my job due to corona and I was also paying off. Caused a lot of problems, leaks were not solved. Out of nowhere there is some debt collection agency (VanNim) at the door that presents itself as a bailiff and literally says "pay pancake". Nothing was negotiable and very antisocial attitude. Definitely don't go into business with Stienstra!

Je reageerd op een project als een van de eerste, samen met je partner verdien je meer als genoeg inkomen en dan wordt je alsnog afgewezen. De reden? Krijg je niet. Telefonisch hangen ze op en via de mail geven ze simpel weg geen antwoord. Zeer onprofessioneel. Mijn partner en ik hebben allebei buitenlandsche namen. Discriminatie of simpel weg geen zaken kunnen doen?! Normally I don't write reviews but Stienstra has driven me to the point. You respond to a project as one of the first, together with your partner you earn more than enough income and then you are still rejected. The reason? You do not get. They hang up by telephone and simply do not answer by email. Very unprofessional. My partner and I both have foreign names. Discrimination or simply not being able to do business?!

Slechte verhuurder. Komt de afspraken in een huurovereenkomst niet na. Alleen na tussenkomst van een advocaat en dreigen met een rechtzaak. Met andere woorden: ze jagen je op extra onnodige hoge advocaat kosten. Update 11-10: they ask you to email with more information, answer once and then you don't get an answer anymore! @mark van L. don't ask for more context via email. Bad landlord. Does not comply with the agreements in a rental agreement. Only after the intervention of a lawyer and the threat of a lawsuit. In other words: they chase you on extra unnecessarily high lawyer costs.

n	notahappycustomer 26 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Here is my experience when I first moved in: - Dust everywhere!!!! So you mean I have to clean this place up if I were to move out, yet you can't even clean the place and make it presentable before I move in?!! - The bathrooms were dirty as though workers done some work and left all their trash (news papers, screws, pieces of drywall, etc) in the bath tub and sink. - The backyard was also run down, weeds everywhere and there was a hill of mud which didn't allow you to make use of it. - Half the house went without heating for probably 5 months. 4 different workmen came on separate occasions and were scratching their heads stumped, as to why heating was not working. Later found out the power plug to the water heating pump was unplugged behind a hidden wall. Face palm. Constant issues: - Eteck is a heating company that heats this home and provides hot water and it constantly has troubles. I see workmen at my house more than my family!! This is the kind of property mangagement company that takes tenants in and expects them to maintain and fix the properties for them. I adivse all to go to a company who actually looks after their tenants, before and during your property take over. Don't make the same mistake as I did!!

The woman picking up the phone told me literally: people don't share houses in Amsterdam. After living in Amsterdam for 6 years always sharing a property with other tenants this sounded RIDICULOUS. To me it seemed like she was not willing to rent out the property and help me find a place. Furthermore, it seems like they won't rent their properties to people without the Dutch nationality and ask a lot of unnecessary (private) questions before even showing you the house. I definitely do not recommend their services.
