Contact opgenomen en meteen een nieuwe toegestuurd gekregen, wat heel jammer was kwam deze met een gebarsten glas aan. Wederom contact gehad en ze hadden geen klok meer op voorraad en kon ook niet opnieuw besteld worden waarna ze het volledige bedrag terug hebben gestort. Prima service van stoer in wonen. Zeer goede zaak.
Bought a super nice wall clock and 2 months later the rope let go and it fell broken on the floor. Contacted and immediately received a new one, which was a shame, it arrived with a cracked glass. Contacted again and they had no clock in stock and could not be reordered after which they refunded the full amount. Excellent service from tough in living. Very good thing.
