Deze firma heeft mijn dure stoelhoezen verpest door ze te stomen terwijl dit met hun expertise voorkomen had kunnen worden. Het was vooraf bij ze bekend dat de stof door een lekkage vocht bevatte. Dit is door het depot waar ik ze gebracht heb aan ze doorgegeven alsmede de vraag om een faktuur voor de verzekering. Helaas hebben ze me nooit gebeld om aan te geven dat de hoezen dan niet meer gestoomd konden worden wegens de vochtigheidsgraad van de stof. Was er niks aan de hand geweest en had ik ze weer opgehaald. Nu verwijzen ze alleen maar naar hun assurantie adviseur en trekken hun handen er vanaf. Wordt het een vervelende verzekeringskwestie met alleen maar verliezers. Terwijl dit zo makkelijk voorkomen had kunnen worden en ik dan graag klant gebleven was voor mijn andere stoomgoed. Bad experience with this company. Customer focus always comes to the surface when things are not going well. This company has ruined my expensive seat covers by steaming them while this could have been prevented with their expertise. It was known to them beforehand that the substance contained moisture through a leak. This was passed on to them by the depot where I brought them and the request for an invoice for the insurance. Unfortunately they never called me to say that the covers could no longer be steamed due to the moisture content of the fabric. Had nothing been wrong and I had picked them up again. Now they only refer to their insurance advisor and pull their hands off. Will it be a nasty insurance issue with only losers. While this could have been prevented so easily and I would have liked to have remained a customer for my other steam goods.
