Koper had haast in verband met aankomende zelfbewoningsplicht maar was geen probleem...even schakelen met de notaris en alles in no-time rond.
Zeker een aanrader en uitermate vriendelijk personeel.
Property was sold quickly.
The buyer was in a hurry due to the imminent self-occupancy obligation, but there was no problem ... just switch with the notary and everything was arranged in no time.
Definitely recommended and very friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ zeker niet aan te bevelen: beloftes worden niet nagekomen, tegenstrijdige e-mails, hun werkzaamheden geeft je het gevoel dat ze net op het randje van de zitten, ben genoodzaakt hun werkzaamheden maar door de geschillencommissie, tuchtcollege te laten controleren
definitely not recommended: promises are not kept, conflicting e-mails, their work gives you the feeling that they are just on the edge, I am forced to have their work checked by the disputes committee, disciplinary committee
