Momenteel geldt er (helaas voor mij) een korting van 20% op het gehele assortiment, in verband met Black Friday. Dennis heeft mij telefonisch uitstekend te woord gestaan en heeft mij een zéér coulante oplossing aangeboden. Hierna nog enkele producten bij Stovrr besteld. Levertijden zijn helaas erg lang op dit moment, maar daar kan Stovrr zelf niets aan doen, aangezien zij afhankelijk zijn van de beschikbaarheid bij Ooni. Customer service with a capital K. Two weeks ago after full satisfaction ordered an Ooni Koda 16 ", but the oven is still in the box. Currently there is (unfortunately for me) a discount of 20% on the entire range, in connection with Black Friday Dennis spoke to me very well by telephone and offered me a very accommodating solution. After this, ordered a few more products from Stovrr. Delivery times are unfortunately very long at the moment, but Stovrr cannot do anything about that itself, as they depend on the availability at Ooni.

Wellicht dat die me wilde helpen. Dat deden ze dan ook zonder probleem. Je snapt dat toen ik een andere oven wilde bij Stovrr mijn aankoop deed. Met veel plezier natuurlijk! Before I bought a pizza oven from Stovrr I had another oven from another supplier. However, I had questions and therefore called Stovrr. Perhaps he wanted to help me. They did that without a problem. You understand that when I wanted a different oven at Stovrr made my purchase. With great pleasure of course!
B	Bobby Boer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een ontzettend leuk product (absoluut succes verzekerd) en een zeer enthousiast en toegewijd team (Dennis belt je in z’n eigen tijd persoonlijk op om je allerhande tips te geven om een perfecte pizza te bakken). Dit soort bedrijven zijn helaas zeldzaam. Absoluut top!!! What a very nice product (absolute success guaranteed) and a very enthusiastic and dedicated team (Dennis will personally call you in his own time to give you all kinds of tips on how to bake a perfect pizza). These types of companies are unfortunately rare. Absolutely top !!!

Grazie a loro sono riuscito ad averlo allo stesso prezzo (solo spese di spedizione a parte) e consegnato nella seconda metà di marzo. Sono stati velocissimi, consigliato! Very professional, I was waiting for the oven from the official website with delivery forecast for the end of May. Thanks to them I was able to get it at the same price (only shipping costs apart) and delivered in the second half of March. They were very fast, recommended!

Gaat dat wel allemaal goed gaan? Is het echt kwaliteitsmateriaal of lijkt dat maar zo op de foto? Hoe gaat de oven het transport overleven? Veel vragen:... en de totaalsom van de # bestellingen is toch de moeite... Het antwoord is simpel: super! Super communicatie van jullie uit (STOVRR) over de termijn, super materiaal van Ooni en heel degelijk ingepakt voor transport. Dank u voor deze fijne koopervaring. U bent van harte welkom op onze pizzafeestjes in Wilrijk Belgie ? I'll admit it: I was a bit scared to place the order. Pay so long in advance in this uncertain COVID time. Is that all going to go well? Is it really quality material or does it just look like that in the picture? How will the furnace survive transportation? Many questions: ... and the total sum of the # orders is still worth it ... The answer is simple: great! Super communication from you (STOVRR) about the term, super material from Ooni and very well packed for transport. Thank you for this wonderful buying experience. Tegen 22:00 pas de bestelling kunnen doen maar toch de volgende dag al binnen. Super service, ze weten waar ze het over hebben en ze zijn super snel. Called Stovrr yesterday and got a call back promptly. Discussed together what I needed for my Ooni. Can only place the order by 22:00, but still receive it the next day. Super service, they know what they are talking about and they are super fast.
