★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorig jaar september ben ik bij Esther (Straight Away Zeist) terecht gekomen, omdat ik al een flink aantal jaren met mijn gewicht worstel. Sinds ik ben begonnen bij Esther ben ik al zo'n 30 kilo afgevallen. En nog belangrijker: ik heb heel veel handvatten om zelfstandig weer verder te kunnen zonder weer in mijn oude patroon te vallen. Esther is geduldig, begripvol en weet waar ze het over heeft.
 Last September I ended up at Esther (Straight Away Zeist), because I have been struggling with my weight for quite a few years. Since I started at Esther I have already lost about 30 kilos. And more importantly: I have a lot of tools to be able to continue independently without falling back into my old pattern. Esther is patient, understanding and knows what she's talking about.
