★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievably bad service. Spent almost 1000 euros at Straluma, had an issue with their bulbs burning out within days. Called them to ask it there maybe was an issue with the light fixture, and the person on the phone was clearly annoyed that I was disturbing his day, and told me to email instead. I emailed with attachments of pictures etc, and got a reply “what is this regarding?”. Once again I explained the situation over email, never got a reply. That was 2 months ago...
Probably the worst service I’ve encountered from an supposedly mid-high range store in NL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big high-end home lighting store. The showroom is spread out over two floors and the third floor has been reallocated as storage to ensure most items are in stock. They also sell furniture and curtains. They have a staffed coffee corner and customer restrooms. Friendly, knowledgeable staff that really take their time to help you. Free parking. Showroom is wheelchair accessible and I think they have an elevator but I'm not entirely sure. Located in a zone with several other stores.
