★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location of this hotel deserves 5 stars. However, one should note that the hotel itself is nothing like other hotels of this price range. Rooms are small, have no closets and shared bathrooms. Nevertheless, the view from the breakfast room which serves as a great restaurant at night let's you forget about that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go here every year with Christmas. It has always been the same very nice, happy, cosy and dog friendly place. The people working there are also a blast every time. I'm looking forward to coming there again next year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really warm and cosy spot with the most stunning views and unspoilt beaches and countryside on the doorstep. We visited for a friends wedding and we will definitely come back because the staff were so lovely and accommodating!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very bad welcome. We are very disapointed about the customer service. The lady at the reception simply does not care about clients/visitors requests. I strongly recommand not to go in this hotel. It is the first time we see that in Netherlands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing hotel, incredible view of the beach. Rooms are cozy, clean and easy to get to. The restaurant has a really lovely atmosphere and the staff are incredibly helpful. Would recommend this hotel. There is a steep hill up to it, which is something to bear in mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic location, right at the beachfront. Food has been a tasty surprise. Especially the yoghurt parfait can be recommend. Great start location for beautiful walks and bike rides. Very cozy main area, books and games you can borrow. Friendly staff, who will try their best to feel at home.
Rooms are pretty basic, and shared bathrooms. They could use a little tender, love and care, but fine otherwise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6 stars for location, right at the beach with stunning views. Rooms however are very basic and noisy. We have a sink in our room but when our neighbours used theirs, the sink in our room started to bubble.
Shared shower and toilet.
Clean, but a bit outdated.
Super friendly staff!

The amenities are clean and reliable but built for an age gone by, adding to the character of the hotel. Dinner is always a highlight with plenty of options for all, as well as catering for allergies.
