★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN! Eine Woche Ende Sept. 2019 gebucht. Nach zwei Nächten abgereist. Lage ist top, alles andere unterirdisch. Tisch, Stühle, Türrahmen etc. klebrig/schmierig. Ok, konnte ich abwischen. Matratze des Sofas unten so butterweich und alt (ich besitze das gleiche Sofa, habe also den direkten Vergleich), dass sich sehr bald Rückenschmerzen nur vom Sitzen einstellten. Matratzen oben so weich, dass beim Liegen darauf (ohne Übergewicht!) die jeweiligen Knochen direkt auf Holz lagen (vgl. Foto mit Knie auf Matratze). Kein entspannter Schlaf möglich. Außerdem Matratzenschoner versifft und eklig verdreckt.
Trotz Anmahnung der Mängel keine Reaktion auf meine Bitte um Preisnachlass.
 NOT RECOMMENDABLE! One week booked in late Sept. 2019. After two nights left. Location is great, everything else underground. Table, chairs, door frames etc. sticky / greasy. Ok, I could wipe it off. Mattress of the sofa down so butter soft and old (I have the same sofa, so I have the direct comparison), that very soon back pain only from sitting down. Mattresses on the top so soft that when lying on it (without being overweight!) The respective bones lay directly on wood (compare photo with knees on mattress). No relaxed sleep possible. In addition, mattress protectors are dirty and dirty filthy.
Despite reminder of the defects no response to my request for a price reduction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plek is super , paar keer geweest toen de prijzen nog *normaal* waren. Helaas nu erg duur. En als we eens denken we gaan , altijd volgeboekt. Top voor hun natuurlijk !!
Maar lokatie enz is super en echt een aanrader . Vandaar 3 sterren beetje 50/50
Place is superb, been few times when prices were still * normal *. Unfortunately now very expensive. And when we think we go, always fully booked. Great for them of course !!
But location etc. is great and highly recommended. Hence 3 stars bit 50/50

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super schöner Urlaub. Die Nähe zum Meer war einfach traumhaft. Das Haus ist ausreichend und gemütlich eingerichtet.
Durch den Gepäcktransfer war das ein- und auschecken stressfrei.
Wir werden wieder kommen, denn ich vermiss jetzt schon das Meeresrauschen.
Super nice holiday. The proximity to the sea was just fantastic. The house is adequate and comfortably furnished.
The luggage transfer was the check in and out stress free.
We will come back, because I already miss the sound of the sea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Genoten van dit huisje!! Het is precies goed. Klein maar van alle basis behoeften voorzien. Als het lekker weer is heb je niet veel meer nodig. Dichtbij een leuke strandtent, boulevard en het centrum. Uitzicht op de vrachtschepen was uniek en mooi.
Het huisje was schoon en heerlijk om te verblijven. Volgend jaar weer!
Enjoyed this house !! It's just right. Small but with all basic needs. When the weather is nice you don't need much more. Close to a nice beach bar, boulevard and the center. View of the cargo ships was unique and beautiful.
The cottage was clean and wonderful to stay. Next year again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat hebben we genoten van deze Slaapstrandhuisjes in Vlissingen (Largo beachresort / Roompot). Helaas was het niet zo zonnig dat we op het strand konden liggen, maar dat maakt niets uit. Achter het huisje kan je ’s ochtends heerlijk wakker worden in de ochtendzon en uit de wind. Prachtig uitzicht en elk schip dat voorbij komt is steeds een feestje!
We zouden er zo 2 weken willen verblijven. Heel ruim, echt geen tiny house formaat!
Enige minpunt is de warmte boiler en ook wel de schepen. De boiler maakt vroeg, als de zon op komt, wel een brom geluid. En omdat de schepen dichtbij de kust varen, hoor/voel je de zware motoren echt wel doordreunen.
We enjoyed these Sleeping Beach Houses in Vlissingen (Largo beachresort / Roompot). Unfortunately it was not so sunny that we could lie on the beach, but that doesn't matter. Behind the house you can wake up in the morning in the morning sun and out of the wind. Beautiful view and every ship that passes by is always a party!
We would like to stay there for 2 weeks. Very spacious, really not a tiny house size!
Only downside is the heat boiler and also the ships. The boiler does make a humming sound early, when the sun comes up. And because the ships sail close to the coast, you can really hear/feel the heavy engines rumble.
