★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited over New Years, the room was clean but the phone did not work, the shower was open so it made a huge mess and there was no heating in the children's room so it was too cold where we had to bring the matress in the main room. Reception was not helpful or knowledgable. The pool was dark over where the pirate ship was and the kid facilities were overall disappointing. The restaurant was average.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room wasnt clean upon arrival (2 hours after check-in time) which we found out when dragging our luggage in. Solution offered was to have a drink in the main building while they fixed it.. with 2 kids after a 2 hour car trip . Right. Fixed in the end by insisting to have a different room but no apology no 'how inconvenient', nothing. Bit of empathy goes a long way. Next day room not cleaned again even at 1700.. had to call to fix. Staff response similar. Rooms good, breakfast fine, overall kids facilities mediocre at best. Will not return. Be aware of the prices as well.. seems cheap but everything based on 2 adults where it advertises as family hotel.. upon adding 2 kids in the same room the price almost doubles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were not allowed to pay by (guaranteed with buyers protection) credit card or other kind of payment system. We got emails that we should just wire the payment to a bank account. This is very fishy, even when the booking.com support staff contacted the facility, they were making up a story about only using credit card payments for cancelled bookings. Which breaks their contract with booking.com. But they don’t care anymore, probably because of insolvency.
After letting us changed our stay(number of people), we we required to reserve the largest room they have, and let us pay the full upgrade. But when we arrived, only the smallest was still available (even smaller/cheaper than our original booking). But they did not even bother to say sorry.
I guess they just don’t give a **** anymore. When your end is near.
Don’t book unless you are willing to take the risk having your holiday ruined.
