Customer service isn’t always the best everywhere, but this place is a total nightmare! In particular, there is an somewhat older man that works there, oh my god, what a total disaster! He started yelling at us before we were even able to order something. We were apparently sitting on some rocks whilst looking at the menu, and were not allowed to sit there. That’s fine, we did not know, just tell us that in a friendly way and we will apologise and stand up. But this guy, oh my god, never have I ever been treated by anyone like this. And before we could even say something he walked away continuing his yelling that we should stand! It was truly outrageous!! When we walked to one of the female workers there to say something about it, well, she just didn’t even bother to listen. She looked at us like we were not wanted there and she yelled, “okay fine” with an angry face and walked away. My tip to the owner: fire the old man and give your staff a proper customer service training. Assessing from the google reviews but also another customer we spoke to at the beach, the staff is notorious for being utterly rude and insensitive. Trust me, especially that older man, he is going to ruin your business! This man should be locked up in a back-office, and should not be exposed to customers! I am still very annoyed and shocked about how he dared to treat us like that.

B	Blue Boots on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While this is a very nice pavilion, unfortunately it is not accessible for anyone using a walker, wheelchair or similar. Despite asking multiple times and there being multiple people with a disability on the beach at the time, the wooden walkways are rarely cleaned. We were assured they would be swept, checked multiple times, but in the end could not access the beach due to the amount of sand which made the walkways invisible.
