 Great pavilion to relax with Texel beer. You can sit there for hours and enjoy the day.

In my opinion it is the best paal! The boss is super friendly and nice, as well as the staff ..... the food is really delicious ....... we also like to spend the whole day at Paal 19.5 no matter if the weather is good or bad is! Thank you very much ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een onverwacht goede zaak, we dachten we gaan leuk wat eten bij een strandpaviljoen maar hadden dit niet verwacht. Heerlijk gegeten, goed verzorgd. En de grap, wij zeiden overdag nog tegen elkaar "de Koog is super toeristisch, stel je woont hier, waar ga je naar toe als je een keer goed uit eten wilt?" Naar paal 19 half dus!
What an unexpectedly good thing, we thought we would have a nice dinner at a beach pavilion but did not expect this. Delicious eaten, well cared for. And joke, we said to each other during the day "de Koog is super touristy, imagine you live here, where do you go if you want to eat out?" So to pole 19 half!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nettes Strandrestaurant mit schönem Interieur und großer Terrasse direkt am Strand, dass jetzt 'Beachclub' heißt. Es gibt viele vegetarische Gerichte, allerdings eher so Snacks wie Toast, Burger u. Sandwiches. Alles sieht lecker aus. Das Käsetoast war aber sehr stark geröstet und daher trocken, das Clubsandwich nur mit kaltem Hühnchen.
Nice beach restaurant with a nice interior and a large terrace right on the beach, which is now called 'beach club'. There are many vegetarian dishes, but more like snacks like toast, burgers and more. Sandwiches. Everything looks delicious. The cheese toast was very strong roasted and therefore dry, the club sandwich only with cold chicken.

However, we paid 13€ for a beer tasting (for 2 people), which consisted of three bottled beers, while the price for three bottles of the same size would have been 12€. Nobody could explain the price difference as there was no additional value to the ‘beer tasting’, such as information about the beer or a little snack to accompany the beers.
