★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am usually not very critical and try to see good in every experience, but this place was just terrible. Had to literally chase the waiter to get food. When the food came it was just not good. Simply not tasty. Tom Yum was just a mix of tomato paste, tobasco and coconut milk. Kids meal were overcharged fish sticks from the freezer that were deep fried until any trace of taste was lost. Nothing looked good in the plate... Just overall bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The waiter took forever to take our order. When he came he told us we can’t give food to a baby that was not ordered at the place and then told us we can’t order food! They never came back to offer more drinks so my son had to go to the bar for water. Then they charged €9 for tap water. This place sucks - many better bars on the strand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hair in my food! Cozy, relax and spacious but terrible service. We were there to spend a sunny morning back on the terraces. You would think most restaurants are ready and eager to go back in business but this one was a disappointment. My order was not registered, but strangely the drinks were. After almost 45 minutes, I inquired and they passed the order then. When it came, my chicken wrap had NO chicken, my son’s Caesar salad with no anchovies HAD anchovies, and my walnut and goat cheese sandwich did NOT have walnuts. At the exact moment the manger came to make things better, we found a hair on the salade. It is a pity because the place is great and the manager did try to make things better. He offered to reimburse part of my order, so at least he tried. But the waiting and the bad food made experience is definitely taking Veronica off my list.

I'm not normally one to be picky with restaurant's, but this was a new level.
It was 90% because of the waiting staff, they didn't have a clue what they were doing.
They spent most of their time chatting at the bar. Didn't pick up our plates or glasses, it was impossible to order food / drinks. Plus they got out bill wrong.. twice. The first bill was twice what it should've been!
Management needs to be fired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick service and good frizzy cocktail. My cocktail glass handle was sticky though, hence the minus star. Good seating and perfect on a sunny day.
