★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik zit nu sinds vorige week vrijdag vast op verdenking van het dragen van een MRSA ziekenhuisbacterie bij terugkomst uit het buitenland. Ik mag mijn kamer niet uit totdat de uitslag van de test binnen is, en volgens de klantenservice van dit bedrijf kunnen ze bij het lab niks voor mij betekenen om het proces te verspoedigen en moet ik waarschijnlijk nog tot vrijdag wachten op de uitslag en dus mijn vrijheid. De mevrouw toonde geen empathie voor mijn situatie en wilde zo snel mogelijk van mijn telefoongesprek af, terwijl ik mijn best deed om vriendelijk te zijn.
I have been detained since last Friday on suspicion of carrying an MRSA hospital bacteria when returning from abroad. I am not allowed to leave my room until the results of the test are in, and according to the customer service of this company they cannot help me at the lab to speed up the process and I will probably have to wait until Friday for the results and therefore my freedom. The lady showed no empathy for my situation and wanted to get rid of my phone conversation as soon as possible, while I did my best to be friendly.
