Inmiddels maar bij de concurrent besteld.
Contact sought several times via contact form as well as by telephone, voicemail representative etc. Unfortunately not returned by this company.

β β β β β Ik heb een epoxy primer en rolcoating besteld. Nadat ik alle gegevens van mijn vloer heb doorgegeven, zoals materiaal en oppervlakte, werd mij verteld wat ik nodig had door Rik Verwijst van de salesafdeling.
Rik heeft mij 300% te veel producten verkocht, bleek achteraf toen het product op de vloer aangebracht was.
Een foutje kan altijd gebeuren. Echter word ik nu behandeld alsof ik een vervelende klant ben en Strizo weigert om producten terug te nemen.
Resultaat; ik heb nu voor honderden euroβs aan producten staan waar ik niets mee kan.
Een absolute afrader dus.
I ordered an epoxy primer and roll coating. After I passed on all the details of my floor, such as material and surface, I was told what I needed by Rik Verwijst from the sales department.
Rik sold me 300% too many products, it turned out afterwards when the product was applied to the floor.
A mistake can always happen. However, I am now treated as if I am an annoying customer and Strizo refuses to take back products.
Result; I now have hundreds of euros worth of products that I can't do anything with.
An absolute recommendation.
