★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zo heerlijk en bevrijdend ! Ik heb een aantal avonden dansexpressie bij Brigitte gevolgd en wil dat ook heel graag blijven doen. Ze bereidt het voor, staat zeker open voor inbreng van de dansers, het is ook gezellig, maar het brengt je vooral bij jezelf, bij je lichaam. En door dàt weer te ervaren, kom je bij je kern en is mijn ervaring dat t dansen dan intuïtief gebeurt en bevrijdend werkt, dus ook helend. Zó iets waardevols en tegelijkertijd zo leuk en ontspannend, ik kan t iedereen aanraden ! Echt fijn dat ik Brigitte en haar dansexpressie heb leren kennen.

 So delicious and liberating! I followed dance expression with Brigitte for several evenings and I would like to continue to do so. She prepares it, is certainly open to input from the dancers, it is also fun, but it mainly brings you to yourself, to your body. And by experiencing that again, you get to your core and my experience is that the dancing then happens intuitively and has a liberating, so also healing. Something so valuable and at the same time so fun and relaxing, I can recommend it to everyone! It is really nice that I got to know Brigitte and her dance expression.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heerlijke workshops schilderen gedaan bij Brigitte: een was een klein schilderijtje met natuurlijke materialen en de ander heb ik op een wat groter formaat 50 x 50 gemaakt figuratief. Brigitte geeft inspirerende opdrachten en zorgt ervoor dat als je vast loopt weer met een tip verder kunt. Al met al fijne ervaring en ik ben blij met het resultaat.
Wonderful painting workshops done at Brigitte: one was a small painting with natural materials and the other I made in a somewhat larger size 50 x 50 figurative. Brigitte gives inspiring assignments and ensures that if you get stuck you can continue with a tip. Overall great experience and I am happy with the result.
