Toen ik haar adviseerde dat dit te laat was, zei ze: 'Wat wil je dat ik eraan doe?' Toen ik voorstelde dat het dringend zou worden afgehandeld, beëindigde ze de oproep. Dit is niet logisch voor dringende verzoeken. I called them this morning to ask De Vlaardingen Office for an urgent request, and a disinterested woman told me to wait until the end of May. When I advised her that this was too late, she said, "What do you want me to do about it?" When I suggested that it be dealt with urgently, she ended the call. This is not logical for urgent requests.

Niemand neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor wat hun gezegd en gedaan hebben. Oppasen met Danielle van den Hoek en haar medecollega's (inkomensconsulenten). Zij doen alsof ze jullie graag helpen door de bijstandsuitkering traject, maar ze gaan met opzet jullie leiden tot boetes en terugvorderingen waarvoor de schuld naar jou wordt toegelegd. Stroomopwaarts wordt al vele keren opgenoemd bij de Nationale Ombudsman voor klachten en slechte zaken die ze intern doen. Dit zou niet de laatste keer zijn. Mochten jullie ook door hun voor de gek gehouden, kunnen jullie hun aangeven aan de Nationale Ombudsman. Very unprofessional and incompetent. There is no internal communication. Clients are sent back and forth. Nobody takes responsibility for what they have said and done. Babysitting with Danielle van den Hoek and her fellow colleagues (income consultants). They act as if they would like to help you through the social assistance benefit process, but they will deliberately lead you to fines and recoveries for which the debt is set to you. Upstream, the National Ombudsman has been mentioned many times for complaints and bad things that they do internally. This would not be the last time. If you were fooled by them, you can report them to the National Ombudsman.
