★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een defecte Victron op de werkbank en gezocht op service en Victron via Google en daar kwam de Stroomwinkel.nl al snel boven.
Dezelfde middag telefoon, het benodigde onderdeel nieuw niet leverbaar. Maar er stond nog een donor en de eigenaar was graag bereid een gebruikt exemplaar toe te sturen en de vraag erbij of er nog wat soldeerlitze nodig is.
Daarna de rekening. Keurig een PDF'je via email . Het te betalen bedrag 0,00 euro.
Is dat service? Dat is SERVICE !
Wie een goede aftersales zoekt hoeft niet verder te kijken, Stroomwinkel.nl !

Ik had een defecte MPPT controller, deze was niet bij hun aangekocht, maar viel nog wel onder garantie, na eerst wat mail contact met de technische dienst om te kijken of bepaalde handelingen de storing op konden lossen, kwamen we tot de conclusie dat de unit defect was, ik mocht deze naar ze opsturen en deze is gewoon omgeruild voor een nieuw exemplaar ! Nogmaals, super service !
Super service! I had a defective MPPT controller, it was not purchased from them, but was still under warranty, after first emailing the technical service to see if certain actions could solve the problem, we concluded that the unit was defective, I was allowed to send it to them and it was simply exchanged for a new one! Once again, super service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute top winkel. De service is gewoon geweldig. Nooit moeilijke vragen stellen, altijd alle vragen netjes beantwoorden. Reparaties worden eerlijk uitgevoerd en garantie gevallen zijn helemaal geweldig. Ik had een defecte lader, oorzaak onbekend voor mij, ik heb zonder vragen een nieuwe gekregen. Dat heb ik echt nog nooit meegemaakt. Fooi achtergelaten. Top bedrijf.
Absolute top store. The service is just great. Never ask difficult questions, always answer all questions properly. Repairs are done fairly and warranty cases are absolutely great. I had a faulty charger cause unknown to me, got a new one without any questions. I've really never experienced that. Left tip. Top company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dozen schuiven kan iedereen. Maar Stroomwinkel.nl straalt pas echt op het gebied van meedenken met de klant en hun klantenservice! Had per ongeluk een verkeerd product besteld. Werd zonder morren geannuleerd en geld stond binnen 2 dagen terug op de rekening, dit in tegenstelling tot veel leveranciers waar ik eindeloos achteraan moest bellen. Ben ook zo vriendelijk geholpen per mail en telefoon, 5 sterren bedrijf!
Anyone can slide boxes. But Stroomwinkel.nl really shines when it comes to thinking along with the customer and their customer service! Accidentally ordered the wrong product. Was canceled without complaint and money was returned to the account within 2 days, in contrast to many suppliers where I had to call endlessly. I also kindly helped by mail and telephone, 5 star company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had hoge verwachtingen van de winkel. Na gebeld te hebben kreeg ik vraag alles op mail te zetten. Netjes mail gestuurd met beschrijving huidige situatie en wensen. Antwoord was te moeilijk, ga maar naar installateur. Per mail gevraagd mij te bellen en nooit iets gehoord. Dan maar naar andere winkel zelfde gedaan. Die waarschijnlijk wel alles gelezen want was stuk eenvoudiger dan leek, aanbieding gekregen en gekocht. Zeer jammer!
Had high hopes for the store. After calling I was asked to put everything on email. Sent an email with a description of the current situation and wishes. Answer was too difficult, go to installer. Asked to call me by email and never heard back. Then go to another store and do the same. Who probably read everything because it was much easier than it seemed, got an offer and bought it. Very sorry!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stroomwinkel een winkel? niet om zomaar even binnen te wandelen! Ik moet een complete victron installatie aanschaffen voor mijn expeditietruck. Ik heb gebeld of ik langs kon komen. Ik kreeg een zekere Erwin aan de telefoon. Ik mocht niet langskomen. Ik moest eerst mijn wensen c.q stroomverbruikers op de mail zetten. daar ik liever persoonlijk contact heb, heb ik het nummer gebeld wat bij mijn "contact" mail stond John, Oeps had ik beter niet kunnen doen, er werd mij verteld dat ze niet alle klanten ter woord kunnen staan. Dit op een zeer klant onvriendelijke manier. Dan sta je toch even raar te kijken als klant. Dit is wat meneer John voorstelde: Eerst mijn verbruikers en wensen mailen, dan stelt hij een plan op. Mocht ik dan willen kopen, dan mag ik in de winkel komen.
Op deze manier willen ze alleen kopende klanten ontvangen. Nu was ik al klant en was zeker van plan mijn nieuwe installatie (4 x accu, omvormers, zonnepanelen etc. ) hier te gaan kopen. Maar als informatie teveel belastend is voor deze boys, en ze al moe worden van mijn telefoontje dan is dit niet de winkel voor mij. Dus mensen: Vooraf informatie aanvragen is voor deze winkel te belastend. Alleen met een zak geld onder je arm mag je in de winkel komen. En #stroomwinkel: Hartelijk bedankt voor jullie klant onvriendelijkheid. Ik heb een ander adres gevonden. Zeer vriendelijk, heb de informatie gekregen die ik wilde.... en ben nog goedkoper uit!
Electricity store a shop? not just to walk in! I need to purchase a complete victron installation for my expedition truck. I called to see if I could come by. I got a certain Erwin on the phone. I wasn't allowed to come. First I had to put my wishes or power consumers on the mail. since I prefer personal contact, I called the number that was in my "contact" mail John, Oops I better not have done, I was told that they can not answer all customers. This in a very customer unfriendly way. Then you are just as weird looking as a customer. This is what Mr. John suggested: First email my consumers and wishes, then he draws up a plan. If I want to buy then I can come into the store.
In this way they only want to receive buying customers. Now I was already a customer and I was definitely planning to buy my new installation (4 x battery, inverters, solar panels, etc.) here. But if information is too burdensome for these boys, and they are already tired of my phone call, then this is not the shop for me. So folks: Requesting information in advance is too burdensome for this store. You can only enter the store with a bag of money under your arm. And #stroomwinkel: Thank you very much for your customer unfriendliness. I found another address. Very friendly, got the information I wanted... and got it even cheaper!
