★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tijmen arrived slightly later than expected but got the printer working on the wifi. Additionally he sorted out the Sonos and explained why a particular cable did not work. Excellent work, very fast and efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a forgotten Windows password, we couldn't get to the data anymore. Although student wasn't able to restore access to the Windows account, he enabled access to the admin account instead and thus access to all data was restored. He left us with clear instructions to backup data on at least 2 separate drives and to start a fresh Windows installation, for which he left us a boot disk. After all: very much appreciated, friendly person, answering questions, responsive and polite.
