★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima praktijk. Wellicht wat lange wachttijd voor fysieke afspraak, maar door covid is alle zorg begrijpelijkerwijs gewoon druk. Econsulten gaan als een speer dus dikke prima!
 Excellent practice. Perhaps a little long waiting time for physical appointment, but due to covid, all care is understandably busy. Econsults go like a spear so that's great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff but the waiting times are very long (about 30 min) despite that I made an appointment. I get the feeling that they don't really care for the time of their clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude receptionists who don't have even basic information at hand. Several times already they just hung up phones for no reason.
Very difficult to make an appointment, even if it's smth urgent. With any kind of complaint they just tell you that it might be COVID (doesn't make any sense).

It is takes me several days while I still cannot make an appointment and reach out to the GP or either get the proper check or treatment on time. I have to be very patiant and call and email them again and again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have been my general practitioner for the last 5-6 years during my studies in Groningen and they are always friendly and ready to help. When I started to develop diabetic symptoms I called them up. They made an appointment for me to give blood for tests the very next day and an additional appointment with the diabetes clinic of the Martini hospital at the end of the week. They have been easily and quickly reachable if I had any medical questions and I can't be happier with the service they've provided.
