Als voorzitter van de Stichting Defenders in Dordrecht had ik een bijzonder goede ervaring met Studio 88. Wij vangen mensen op die lange tijd onder druk hebben gestaan. De yoga en meditatie van Studio 88 passen prima in dit plaatje. Studio 88 vonden we eenvoudig via de webiite, bleek communicatief en het was zeer plezierig en professioneel afspraken maken.
Studio 88 werkt met nadrukkelijke aandacht aan de opdracht. De uitvoering werd ook ingesteld op wat de clienten op het moment van de sessie nodig hadden. Voor iedere sessie lag er een duidelijk plan, maar dat werd zo nodig creatief en met overtuiging aangepast, ook voor twee tiener-clienten. Studio 88 bestrijkt een scala aan vormen van yoga en meditatievormen. De clienten waren zo tevreden dat ook de frequentie werd opgeschroefd.
Op alle fronten warm aanbevolen.

As chairman of the Defenders Foundation in Dordrecht, I had a very good experience with Studio 88. We receive people who have been under pressure for a long time. Studio 88's yoga and meditation work well in this picture. We found Studio 88 easily via the website, it turned out to be communicative and it was very pleasant and professional to make appointments.
Studio 88 works with explicit attention to the assignment. The execution was also set to what the clients needed at the time of the session. There was a clear plan for each session, but it was adapted creatively and with conviction if necessary, also for two teenage clients. Studio 88 covers a range of yoga and meditation forms. The clients were so satisfied that the frequency was also increased.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb Lisette leren kennen als een heel enthousiast en kundig iemand. Ze kan je pushen om verder te komen en je gas terug laten nemen als dat nodig is. Ze springt echt goed in op je persoonlijke behoefte en doelen. Lisette is iemand die je met haar warme persoonlijkheid op je gemak stelt. Leuk en handig waren ook de door haar opgenomen filmpjes om thuis verder aan oefeningen te werken.
I got to know Lisette as a very enthusiastic and knowledgeable person. She can push you to progress and let you slow down if necessary. She responds really well to your personal needs and goals. Lisette is someone who puts you at ease with her warm personality. Fun and useful were the videos she recorded to further work on exercises at home.
