Ein großer, kostenloser Parkplatz befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, gleiches gilt für den Supermarkt und ein Restaurant. Zum Strand sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Ferienwohnung sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet und verfügt in der oberen Etage über ein großes Studio mit sehr gutem Küchenbereich und sehr schöner Aussicht. Außerdem gibt es ein kleines, aber gemütliches Schlafzimmer sowie ein weiteres Bett außerhalb des Schlafzimmers. Studio und Schlafzimmer sind über eine recht steile Treppe zu erreichen, die eine gewisse Vorsicht erfordert. An diese gewöhnt man sich jedoch schnell, weil man sie oft begehen muß, denn das kleine Bad und die Toilette befinden sich im Erdgeschoß der Wohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Eingang. Das Vermieterehepaar ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, dabei aber nicht aufdringlich, so daß man sich dort sofort sehr wohl fühlt. Diese Ferienwohnung ist unbedingt zu empfehlen! This apartment is located in the center of Petten. There is a large, free parking lot in the immediate vicinity, the same applies to the supermarket and a restaurant. It is about a 10-minute walk to the beach. Despite the central location, the apartment is very quiet. The apartment itself is very well equipped and has a large studio on the upper floor with a very good kitchen area and a very nice view. There is also a small but cozy bedroom and another bed outside of the bedroom. The studio and bedroom can be reached via a rather steep staircase that requires a certain amount of caution. However, you get used to these quickly because you often have to enter them, because the small bathroom and toilet are on the ground floor of the apartment in the immediate vicinity of the entrance. The landlord couple is exceptionally friendly and very helpful, but not intrusive, so that you immediately feel very comfortable there. This apartment is highly recommended!

Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe und auch der Strand ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, jederzeit gerne wieder. Very clean, modern furnished apartment. Nice, courteous landlord. Good shopping in the immediate vicinity and the beach is within walking distance. We felt very well, anytime again.

Ruhig und auch die in der Nachbarschaft befindliche Schule stört nicht. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein Spar-Markt, der täglich geöffnet hat. Vor der Unterkunft ist ein öffentlicher kostenloser Parkplatz. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hat für alle Fragen ein offenes Ohr und eine Lösung. Im Haus sind Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kühlschrank und Fernseher vorhanden. Eine sehr zweckmäßige kleine Toilette und ebenfalls kleines Bad befinden sich im Eingangsbereich. Über eine sehr schmale und steile Treppe gelangt man in den IKEA-eingerichteten großen Wohnbereich mit Blick in Richtung Strand und Plein, sowie einen Balkon zum Garten. Das Schlafzimmer und Bett könnten größer sein, sind aber ebenfalls ausreichend. Alles in allem sehr schöne Unterkunft die zum Wiederkommen einlädt. Very tasteful and yet functional and very centrally located in the center. Quiet and also the school located in the neighborhood does not bother. Directly opposite is a Spar market, which is open daily. In front of the accommodation is a public free parking. The landlord is very nice and has an open ear and a solution for all questions. The house has a washing machine, microwave, toaster, fridge and TV. A very functional small toilet and also small bathroom are located in the entrance area. A very narrow and steep staircase leads to the IKEA-equipped large living area overlooking the beach and Plein, and a balcony overlooking the garden. The bedroom and bed could be larger, but are also sufficient. All in all, very nice accommodation that invites you to come back.
L	Lemmy Halford on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei Piet haben wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Er hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für uns. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und modern.Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Ein Balkon und Garten sind auch dabei. Die Lage ist sehr schön und gut, man erreicht in kurzer Zeit den Strand, Restaurants und den Supermarkt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. :-) At Piet, we immediately felt comfortable. He always had an open ear for us. The apartment is very nice and modern. Everything is there what you need. A balcony and garden are also included. The location is very nice and good, you can reach in a short time the beach, restaurants and the supermarket. We will be back. :-)

Ich komme seit einigen Jahren immer wieder gerne!
