Een workshop na de show zou een nog betere en leerzame ervaring zijn geweest. Fantastic show "That's just how I am", at Nimeto with all the staff. Good debriefing, a lot of recognition in the workplace of the various types. A workshop after the show would have been an even better and educational experience.

Echt een aanrader als je je organisatie bewust wilt laten worden niet alleen over het doen en laten, maar ook over hoe het anders zou kunnen! At first I attended Studio Spaak's performance with curiosity and finally with admiration. This is due to the recognition I saw and felt based on my experience during all change processes that I have implemented at different organizations. Highly recommended if you want to make your organization aware not only about what to do and what not to do, but also about how things could be done differently!

Onze medewerkers zitten door het hele land bij verschillende bedrijven met de specifieke opdracht de 'zo ben ik nu eenmaal/zo doen we het nou eenmaal' cultuur te doorbreken. De types in de show van Studio Spaak waren voor ons allemaal erg herkenbaar en het was nuttig en leuk om die karikaturen even goed met elkaar te bestuderen. Aanrader! We had Studio Spaak spare at our annual staff event. Our employees are located throughout the country at various companies with the specific task of breaking through the 'that's just how I am / that's how we do it' culture. The characters in Studio Spaak's show were very recognizable to all of us and it was useful and fun to study those caricatures together. Recommended!

Ik vond het bijzonder hoe zij met dikke knipoog types neer zetten die meteen herkent in je eigen werk. De acteurs in de training erna weten heel goed je te confronteren met wie jij bent en waar je moeite mee hebt. Je leert hoe je in communicatie een situatie anders kan aanpakken. Ik zou de show zeker aanraden aan bedrijven die een grote verandering ondergaan waarin zij hun personeel mee willen nemen! ? I saw the 'That's just the way I am' show and did the subsequent training. I thought it was special how they put down types with a big wink that you immediately recognize in your own work. The actors in the training afterwards know very well how to confront you with who you are and what you have trouble with. You learn how to approach a situation differently in communication. I would definitely recommend the show to companies that are going through a major change in which they want to take their staff with them! ?

Samen met Natasha Schulte bereik ik prima resultaten voor de afdeling op het gebied van o.a. feedback geven, sociale veiligheid en de rol van de leidinggevende. De aanpak van Studio Spaak voelt als een warme jas die je nooit meer uit wilt doen. De één op één coaching is soms keihard 'in the face', een stijl die mij past en zichtbaar verandering teweeg brengt. After getting acquainted with Studio Spaak and their "That's just how I am" show at Feenstra in a collective context, I also mapped out a special trajectory for my HRM team with them. Together with Natasha Schulte I achieve excellent results for the department in areas such as giving feedback, social safety and the role of the manager. Studio Spaak's approach feels like a warm coat that you never want to take off. The one-on-one coaching is sometimes hard 'in the face', a style that suits me and causes visible change.
