★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tai Chi les bij Studio Zin leert mij met meer bewustzijn en aandacht naar mijn houding ( fysiek en mentaal) te kijken. Hierdoor sta ik, ook letterlijk, met meer balans in het leven! Fijn om te merken dat er aandacht is voor ieders persoonlijke beweging/ beleving en daar de houding op aan gepast kan worden. Marsja, dank je wel!!
 Tai Chi lesson at Studio Zin teaches me to look at my attitude (physically and mentally) with more awareness and attention. Because of this, I am literally more balanced in life! Nice to notice that there is attention for everyone's personal movement / experience and that the attitude can be adjusted accordingly. Marsja, thank you so much !!
