F	Fadwa ch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai commandé un palmier Kentia 160 cm que j’ai reçu il y a moins de 3 mois avec des tâches et en santé qui laisse à désirer. J’ai contacté Studio Plant pour signaler cela et demander de l’aide. Au lieu de demander un remboursement à ce moment, j’ai persévéré à essayer de sauver la plante et à suivre leurs conseils … et je n’aurais pas dû !! Car malgré avoir suivi leurs conseils, la plante à continué à se détériorer, et moins de 3 mois de la réception, elle est complètement morte ? (sachant que le Kentia est connu pour être résistant dans son état normal, et que j’ai bien suivi toutes les consignes) En étant revenue vers eux suite à tous nos échanges, ils refusent de remplacer la plante ou d’effectuer un remboursement. Je tiens à signaler que j’ai commandé une plante supposée être plus fragile chez Bakker en même temps, celle-ci est arrivée dans un état impeccable et est toujours en super bon état !! Economisez votre argent, ou préparez-vous à faire du secourisme de plantes en mauvaise condition ... I ordered a 160 cm Kentia palm that I received less than 3 months ago with stains and in poor health. I contacted Studio Plant to report this and ask for help. Instead of asking for a refund at that time, I persevered in trying to save the plant and following their advice...and I shouldn't have!! Because despite having followed their advice, the plant continued to deteriorate, and less than 3 months from receipt, it is completely dead ? (knowing that Kentia is known to be resistant in its normal state, and that I have follow all instructions) Having come back to them following all our exchanges, they refuse to replace the plant or make a refund. I want to point out that I ordered a supposedly more fragile plant from Bakker at the same time, this one arrived in immaculate condition and is still in great condition!! Save your money, or get ready to rescue plants in poor condition...

In mijn bestelling zat één plant waar ik niet tevreden over was (wel een gezonde mooie plant maar niet overeenkomstig met wat ik besteld had) en dit werd zeer netjes opgelost. De klantenservice reageert snel en vriendelijk. Ik ga bij mijn toekomstige plantenaankopen zeker terug naar deze site. Very nice website to order plants at a good price. Delivery was fast and free. In my order there was one plant that I was not satisfied with (a healthy beautiful plant but not in accordance with what I ordered) and this was resolved very neatly. Customer service responds quickly and friendly. I will definitely return to this site for my future plant purchases.
