Is bij mij al 6 keer foutgegaan bij mijn verzekeringen
En lossen niks op houden je alleen maar aan het lijntje
Ben blij dat ik er weg ben
Wegblijven dus

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima hypotheek advies gehad. Er werd goed meegedacht met mij als klant. Aantal keren schadeclaims ingediend en die werden steeds snel afgehandeld.
Excellent mortgage advice. They thought along well with me as a customer. Number of times claims were submitted and they were always dealt with quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alles bij deze verzekering weggehaald. Het is niet normaal hoeveel blunders daar worden gemaakt. En het gekke is dat dit nooit ten nadele van summa is, maar altijd ten nadele van de klant. Telkens anderen aan de telefoon. Niemand die iets oplost of terugbetaald. Zorg dat je voor elke vraag aan summa of elke schorsing enz. een mail stuurt zodat je bewijs hebt en ga niet bellen hiervoor. Ze zeggen gewoon dat van de melding niets in het systeem staat en laten je nog maanden of zelfs jaren betalen als je het niet in de gaten hebt. Nog nooit van mijn leven zoiets meegemaakt. Eigenlijk verdienen ze die ene ster niet eens.
Everything taken away from this insurance. It is not normal how many blunders are made there. And the strange thing is that this is never at the expense of summa, but always at the expense of the customer. Others on the phone each time. No one solves or repays anything. Make sure you send an email for every question to summa or every suspension etc. so that you have proof and do not call for this. They simply say that there is nothing in the system about the report and will let you pay for months or even years if you don't notice it. Never experienced anything like this in my life. In fact, they don't even deserve that one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jaren WA verzekering gehad bij Summa, vooral bij voorganger HG assurantiën. Rekening werd naar mijn oude adres gestuurd, dus niet ontvangen. In plaats van met andere contactmogelijkheden contact op te nemen met mij (telefoon, mail) direct incasso op mij afgestuurd. Niet prettig, voelt alsof je een wanbetaler bent. Uiteraard betaald en direct verzekering en samenwerking beëindigd. Helaas, want was zo tevreden..
Years of WA insurance with Summa, especially with predecessor HG insurance companies. Bill was sent to my old address, so not received. Instead of contacting me with other contact options (telephone, mail) direct debit sent to me. Not pleasant, feels like you are a defaulter. Obviously paid and immediately ended insurance and cooperation. Unfortunately, because was so satisfied ..
