A	Ankie Luiken-Feldberg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een aantal weken geleden heb ik met mijn zoon een Jack & Jones broek gekocht bij deze winkel. Na twee maanden zeeg de stof vanaf bilnaad naar achterzak helemaal weg. De stof was erg dun op die plek. Toen wij ermee naar de winkel gingen om te overleggen, kregen wij te horen dat de broek wel "heel erg" gedragen was.....(?). Kwam het misschien door het fietsen (zadel)?, waarop ik reageerde dat het niet gebruikelijk is om in je onderbroek op de fiets te stappen en het kledingstuk pas op school weer aan te trekken.......! De klacht zou worden besproken met J&J en de eigenares zou later die week contact met ons opnemen. Toevallig hadden wij in de maand ervoor kleding gekocht bij een Jack & Jones winkel en daar bleek ook iets niet goed te zijn! Toen wij daarmee terug gingen kregen wij meteen een nieuw shirt en ook het probleem met de broek werd meteen opgelost! Heel klantvriendelijk en sportief!! De eigenares van Summertime begon al te roepen dat ze waarschijnlijk in mij een klant minder had en dat ze deze klacht nog nooit had meegemaakt. Dat kon in mijn optiek ook niet, want toen we de broek kochten waren ze net binnen en de stof werd al dun na één maand dragen.....! Ik vond het telefoongesprek zeer onaangenaam en op geen enkele manier werd ik als klant tegemoet gekomen! Ze had bijvoorbeeld ook kunnen beslissen om een nieuwe broek voor de halve prijs mee te geven of een shirt of id. Dan zijn we ook nog zo dat we nog meer kleding zouden kopen EN het vooral ook aan anderen zouden door vertellen! De reden waarom ik dit schrijf is omdat ik enkele dagen geleden op het schoolplein stond en een moeder mij vertelt dat ze een hele dure zijden blouse van vorig jaar uit de kast haalde en bleek dat de mouw ook weg zeeg! Zij ging terug naar de damesmode zaak en vertelde dat de blouse al vorig jaar aangeschaft was, maar niet eens zo vaak gedragen......! .....Ze mocht kiezen.... of dezelfde blouse of iets anders voor dat geld!! Kijk, en dan komen de klanten bij je terug! En dan hoor je een positief verhaal en besluiten anderen om daar ook eens een kijkje te nemen! U begrijpt dat ik mijn verhaal vertelt heb en dat de eigenares van Summertime zich misschien gaat realiseren dat ze niet alleen mij als klant kwijt is, maar dat de mond op mond reclame die ik op een willekeurig schoolplein doorgeef nog veel meer klanten doet besluiten om vooral niet naar Summertime te gaan! Het siert haar in ieder geval niet en ondernemerschap is veel meer dan alleen maar de kassa laten rinkelen!!!! A few weeks ago I bought Jack & Jones pants with my son at this store. After two months, the fabric completely disappeared from the buttock to the back pocket. The fabric was very thin in that place. When we went to the store to consult, we were told that the pants were "very much" worn ..... (?). Was it perhaps due to cycling (saddle) ?, to which I responded that it is not common to get on your bike in your underpants and only put on the garment again at school .......! The complaint would be discussed with J&J and the owner would contact us later that week. Coincidentally, we had bought clothes at a Jack & Jones store in the previous month and something turned out to be wrong there! When we went back with that, we immediately got a new shirt and the problem with the pants was solved immediately! Very customer-friendly and sporty !! The owner of Summertime already started to say that she probably had a client less in me and that she had never experienced this complaint. In my opinion that was not possible either, because when we bought the pants they had just arrived and the fabric became thin after wearing it for one month .....! I found the telephone conversation very unpleasant and in no way was I met as a customer! For example, she could have decided to give new trousers for half the price or a shirt or ID. Then we are also in such a way that we would buy even more clothes AND especially pass it on to others! The reason why I write this is because I was standing on the schoolyard a few days ago and a mother tells me that she took a very expensive silk blouse from last year out of the closet and it turned out that the sleeve was also gone! She went back to the ladies' fashion store and told me that the blouse had already been purchased last year, but not even that often worn ......! ..... She could choose .... or the same blouse or something else for that money !! Look, and then the customers come back to you! And then you hear a positive story and others decide to take a look there too! You understand that I have told my story and that the owner of Summertime may realize that she has not only lost me as a customer, but that the word of mouth that I pass on at any schoolyard makes many more customers decide to not to go to Summertime! In any case, it doesn't suit her and entrepreneurship is much more than just having the cash register ring !!!!
