About Superlofts
Superlofts are designed to add value to their surroundings and to make the best possible use of the constantly changing climate and environment around them. The building volume and facade can adapt to the character of a specific urban fabric and plot and makes optimal use of surrounding views, daylight and logistics.
We are exploring healthier and CO2 neutral building structures such as mass timber modular off-site manufacturing. We design integrated facade systems for solar energy, ecology and water retention systems. We reduce the demand for energy by applying high performance insulators, smart power grids, geothermal pumps, smart ventilation and waste water recycling. We also offer new shared mobility and E-mobility concepts and promote innovative biking concepts.
We aspire to create a sense of interdependence between users and their environment in an urban ecosystem that promotes a healthier lifestyle as part of our mission to become the most sustainable and socially inclusive housing model of the future.
