Bezorging prima en makkelijk te monteren. Bought our combi-sauna in Veenendaal. Very friendly staff and extensive explanation of the different types of infrared. Delivery fine and easy to assemble.

Door het juiste advies en de "kennis van zaken" kwamen we tot de juiste keuze. Dat was bij andere winkels zeker niet het geval. Ben ook erg blij met de extra infrarood lamp die ik erbij heb gekocht, de montage was goed aangegeven in de gebruiksaanwijzing. I am very happy with my infrared sauna thanks to the expert advice of the nice saleswoman in this store. Through the right advice and the "know-how" we came to the right choice. That was certainly not the case at other stores. I am also very happy with the extra infrared lamp that I bought with it, the assembly was well indicated in the manual.
S	Susan vs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hebben ongeveer een jaar de infrarood sauna. Wij zijn hier heel blij mee. De sauna is snel opgewarmd waardoor je niet lang hoeft te wachten om er in kunnen te gaan. En de warmte werkt diep door wat lekker is voor de gewrichten. De service bij de supersauna was goed. We kregen goed advies wat voor type sauna voor ons goed is. We have had the infrared sauna for about a year. We are very happy with this. The sauna is heated up quickly, so you don't have to wait long to get into it. And the heat works deeply through what is good for the joints. The service at the super sauna was good. We received good advice as to what type of sauna is good for us.

De sauna warmt snel op en de stralingswarmte werkt lekker diep op spieren en gewrichten. In de showroom werden we deskundig voorgelicht. Men nam alle tijd om ons inzicht te geven in de diverse sauna's. De service is uitstekend : omdat het ons niet lukte de 'full spectrum straler' te plaatsen, is er een medewerker langs gekomen om dit (gratis) voor ons te doen. We have had the infrared sauna for about a year now and are very happy with it. The sauna heats up quickly and the radiant heat has a nice and deep effect on muscles and joints. We received expert information in the showroom. They took all the time to give us insight into the various saunas. The service is excellent: because we were unable to install the 'full spectrum radiator', an employee came by to do this for us (free of charge).

Geen grote winkel a la een tuincentrum, maar wel een flinke bovenverdieping van een lokaal winkelpand waar denk ik zo'n 30 verschillende modellen te bezichtigen zijn. Vriendelijk personeel. Ik heb de sauna's bekeken en dat zit goed in elkaar. Wij gaan hier bestellen. Nice store to shop for a small sauna at home. Not a large store like a garden center, but a large top floor of a local shop where I think about 30 different models can be viewed. Friendly staff. I have looked at the saunas and they are well put together. We are going to order here.

Ondanks dat wijzelf al veel voorbereidend werk hadden verricht, was de aanvullende informatie en advisering voor ons doorslaggevend om direct tot aankoop over te gaan. Prima overleg over aflevermoment en onverwachte aanvullende informatie over het aantal optionele lampen. Wat heel prettig was, was dat er geen verborgen prijsverschil tussen onze "thuis" calculatie zat en hetgeen de verkoopster op uitkwam. Wat ons betreft: vijf verdiende sterren! Nice place, friendly and professional service. Despite the fact that we had already done a lot of preparatory work ourselves, the additional information and advice was decisive for us to immediately proceed with the purchase. Excellent consultation about delivery time and unexpected additional information about the number of optional lamps. What was very nice was that there was no hidden price difference between our "home" calculation and what the saleswoman came up with. As far as we're concerned: five deserved stars!
A	Albert Brouwer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechts 1 verkoper aanwezig voor de 6 klanten die in de winkel aanwezig waren. Na minimaal 25 minuten wachten zijn we dan ook maar naar huis gegaan. Bij binnenkomst geen (hartelijk) ontvangst, werd verder niet naar ons omgekeken, en voelden ons hierdoor niet welkom. Only 1 salesperson present for the 6 customers who were present in the store. After waiting at least 25 minutes we went home. No (warm) reception upon arrival, we were not looked after further, and we did not feel welcome.

They were very responsive to questions and very helpful. The unit was delivered in reasonable time and I was able to assemble it fairly simply with the help of a neighbor. I've been using it nearly everyday for the last few weeks and it is an amazing addition to a corner of my bedroom which was not being used in anyway. Very happy with it. See the picture just after I'd finished assembly. It gets to ~90C/200F in ~45 minutes and holds temperature very well. And, it looks great too! Treat yourself. You'll be glad that you did.
