★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte communicatie. Mvr. Eigenaresse is brutaal, onbeschoft en ongemanierd! Tip, neem cursus communicatievaardigheden en leren omgaan met werkdruk. Eten is prima maar ze beginnen met bereiden op de afgesproken levertijd en komen 30 a 60 min later. Bij telefonische contact wordt er geschreeuwd en als reden gegeven dat het 'druk' is. Nou het advies om meer personeel aan te nemen of zaak te sluiten. Ook wordt er aangegeven dat het niet haar probleem is dat de bestelling vertraging heeft! Zelfs de bezorger (mede-eigenaar) kwam met smoes voor vertraging. Eten is 7 waard maar klantvriendelijkheid 0,5!
Bad communication. mrs. Owner is cheeky, rude and ill-mannered! Tip, take a course in communication skills and learn to deal with work pressure. Food is fine but they start preparing on the agreed delivery time and come 30 to 60 minutes later. During telephone contact people shout and give the reason that it is 'busy'. Well the advice to hire more staff or close the business. It is also indicated that it is not her problem that the order is delayed! Even the delivery man (co-owner) came with an excuse for delay. Food is worth 7 but customer service 0.5!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall the food is quite good here. Over the years I have received some faulty deliveries however but that happens rarely and sometimes they're willing to compensate for that. Friendly staffed!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fire breathing dragon who is the hostess of this restaurant would not let my four year old daughter use the toilet. We used to buy fries every Friday evening. Last Friday I was queuing waiting for my turn to order when my 4 year old daughter asked to use the toilet. I took the key like i have done at least 5 times before to let my daughter use it. The dragon immediately started to shout at me that nothing is for free, and that I have to pay first before I can access the toilet. I left and went to the Verhage just around the corner. No one cared that we used the toilet and I was served with a smile! She always talked down to me but I always give people the benefit of the doubt. DON'T GO THERE!!!
