 After hanging on the phone for 11 minutes for a question, that tape keeps repeating itself. Then hung up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible service, no information provided anywhere. I waited 45 minutes in line just to be told they don't accept my currency or coins. There is a tv but it is blank, the least they could do with it is to display their currency exchange values. Absolute waste of time. Wish I could rate it less stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the greatest service, had to wait with a few other people for about 20 minute's in line because there was no one there. Only a sign that said 'Ben zo terug!, een moment aub...' (Be right back, one moment please). Rates are great tho, they only charged €2 for a currency exchange.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the best money/currency exchange office in The Hague. 1000% recommended. They exhcnaged $100 for 83.7 Euros. Never change your money in the train stations in Netherlands, those are theives and will charge 25% commission fees! I highly recommend the Suri Chnage, these are amazing.
