Ik volgde al individuele sessies waar Susan mij ontzettend heeft geholpen met rouw om mijn vader, verbroken relaties en terugkerende patronen hierin. Ik had niet verwacht dat ik mij zo begrepen en erkend zou voelen als bij Susan. Het leek mij fijn om mijn “piekergedachten” ook te delen met andere meiden om van elkaar te leren. Susan bood ons een warm bad en ik voelde mij veilig om mij kwetsbaar op te stellen. Omdat je ook de verhalen van anderen hoort herken je ook overtuigingen in jezelf waar je je niet bewust van was maar je wel belemmeren. Dit hielp om de cirkel te doorbreken, resultaat is dat ik mij veel bewuster ben wat er nou écht in mij speelt en welke handvatten ik nodig heb om te helen en mijn leven te verrijken. De modules zijn elke week anders en allemaal hebben ze mij geholpen om verder te komen. Omdat ik de methode en energie in de training zo fijn vind ga ik ook de andere training “licht leven” volgen. Ik kan iedereen die last heeft van gedachten en angsten rondom bindings/verlatingsangst de training aanraden om meer inzicht te krijgen in jezelf en deze cirkel te doorbreken! Ontzettend dankbaar voor de hulp van Susan, het betekent heel veel voor mij. Last fall I followed the Ready for Love training with Susan. I already attended individual sessions where Susan has helped me tremendously with mourning my father, broken relationships and recurring patterns in this. I didn't expect to feel so understood and recognized as I did with Susan. I thought it would be nice to share my "worrying thoughts" with other girls to learn from each other. Susan offered us a warm bath and I felt safe to be vulnerable. Because you also hear the stories of others, you also recognize beliefs in yourself that you were not aware of but that hinder you. This helped to break the circle, the result is that I am much more aware of what is really going on in me and which tools I need to heal and enrich my life. The modules are different every week and they have all helped me to progress. Because I like the method and energy in the training so much, I will also follow the other training "light living". I can recommend the training to anyone who suffers from thoughts and fears around attachment/separation anxiety to gain more insight into yourself and to break this circle! Very grateful for Susan's help, it means a lot to me.

Onze gesprekken gaven me inzichten, erkenning en handvatten om op een gezonde en liefdevolle manier met m'n eigen grenzen om te gaan. Ik werd door Susan gehoord en gezien, in al mijn kwetsbaarheid. In a few moments I could see patterns, which had developed over the course of my life, playing out like a movie. Which gave me the power to change them in real time. During the constellation itself, I wanted to interject but, Susan literally stood by my side and encouraged me to trust the participants. “Trust the process,“ she said, which was exactly what I needed to hear (in that moment and in Life), and I felt Peace. A few days later, Susan called me to follow-up and ask how I was doing after the constellation. We had a further debrief and more came out.
