★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food, but reservation is terrible, as is the ventilation. Asked by email, got no response. On a phone call, asked for a place outside. When I got to the restaurant, my table was beside the kitchen hallway. Left the place smelling fish.

Portions contain an extremely small amount of fish, and a lot of rice.
Maybe this was a good thing, as the fish didn't taste fresh at all.
The meat wasn't good either, and had little to do with steak/ribeye/lamb chops.
To top it all up, we were charged wrongly for 2 instead of 1 child, even though they specifically asked the age of each child, and for one too many wines.
When addressing this issue, the manager was unapologetic and outright rude

It's too bad you can't give lower than 1 star...because they would have deserved it!
Worst experience ever. Spent over 2 hours and only had 2 rounds...and they even forgot some dishes.
The place nearly half full and yet they couldn't manage to serve all.
The table next to us were lucky, because they got served as it should. They came 30m after us and left with full 5 rounds (?) 30m before us.
I confronted the manager with this fact and her reply was that I didn't understand their concept and didn't present the card to her. This is nonsense as you can read on my reviews...and by the way, how can we order if we haven't received all we ordered. So clearly she didn't understand the concept herself. And she started arguing with me.
Quality was not that great either. Like mentioned by others...too fat, too much saus and very little fish.
So overall...very very disappointing. Big ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely fell in love to this place. Workers were very friendly and food super tasty. Rice seasoned very well and has a perfect chewy structure. Ebi tempura is tasty, rolls are fresh and delicious. Sweet sauce with garlic for tempura was incredible!! ♡ ??❤?
