Ik had Ivan aan de telefoon en hij stond mij keurig te woord en deed echt zijn best om samen met mij de ingrediënten door te nemen zodat mijn dochter "veilig" mee kon eten, fantastisch! Hij gaf mij zelfs de tip, dat ik voortaan bij alle japanse restaurants moest vragen of de kok schone handschoenen wilde aantrekken,omdat vaak de handschoenen onder de mayonaise zitten. Voor de bereiding van mijn dochter's sushi werd dan ook "speciaal" een schoon werkblad gemaakt en schone handschoenen aangetrokken om kruisbesmetting te voorkomen, geweldig! TOP-service!!! 5 sterren meer dan waard! Tot de volgende bestelling ;) FANTASTIC!!! Even my daughter with a lot of food allergies has eaten delicious sushi here! I had Ivan on the phone and he spoke to me nicely and really did his best to go through the ingredients with me so that my daughter could eat "safely", fantastic! He even gave me the tip that from now on I had to ask all the Japanese restaurants if the chef wanted to put on clean gloves, because the gloves are often covered by mayonnaise. For the preparation of my daughter's sushi a "clean" work surface was made and new gloves put on to prevent cross-contamination, great! TOP service !!! More than 5 stars! Until the next order;)
