★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This used to be Shushi House, a quality shushi place that had been around for a very long time. Now it is has been acquired by their own employees and I assume they had to rename the place as part of the deal. The new name would not have been my first choice (sounds like one of those Chinese shushi places), but the quality of the sushi's, shashimi etc. is (still) top notch and the staff is (still) very kind and service oriented. Keep up the good work (top quality for a fair price) and this will continue to be one of my favorite shushi places in Amsterdam!!! I really enjoyed my first try.. Good luck to the new management!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super fresh, really tasty. Could do with a bit more of the traditional sushi options (like varieties of maguro, ikura), and less of the modern fusion stuff. But now that Kaiko is closed this is my favourite sushi place in Amsterdam.
