★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had een tamago pan besteld maar kwam er daarna achter dat deze niet werkte op een inductiekookplaat. Dus in heb contact opgenomen en besproken wat de mogelijkheden zijn en daarna is alles netjes afgehandeld.
 Had ordered a tamago pan but later found out that it did not work on an induction hob. So I contacted and discussed the options and after that everything was neatly handled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De communicatie was echt top! Even telefonisch contact gehad omdat iets niet voorradig was en meegedacht aan oplossing. Heel erg vriendelijk. 2 dagen later zoals afgesproken mail ontvangen met betaal link en bevestiging dat het verzonden zal worden. Als ik nog wat producten nodig heb voor sushi zal ik zeker bij sushitotaal.nl een nieuwe order plaatsen.
The communication was really great! Had a telephone contact because something was out of stock and thought of a solution. Very very friendly. 2 days later as agreed email received with payment link and confirmation that it will be sent. If I still need some products for sushi, I will definitely place a new order at sushitotaal.nl.
