Via vriendin kreeg ik een en artikel uit de PZC opgestuurd over een woning ontworpen door Sustainer en gebouwd in Heinkenszand. Wellicht is Sustainer Homes voor ons een goede optie? Very interested in a life-resistant / sustainable home. A friend sent me an article from the PZC about a house designed by Sustainer and built in Heinkenszand. Perhaps Sustainer Homes is a good option for us?

Dat hadden we wel ingecalculeerd, het betrof op dat moment nog echt een start-up, maar als ik vergelijk met buurtbewoners ben ik zeer tevreden. Wij hebben inderdaad ook problemen gehad met de prijsstijging. Deels is dit wrs te verklaren doordat de ervaring nog opgebouwd werd met inschatten, deels door de op dat moment oververhitte bouwmarkt. Maar wanneer het er op aankwam toonde het Sustainer team zich altijd bereid om er samen de schouders onder te zetten. Ik heb respect voor de manier waarop dit jonge team dit concept heeft neergezet met een duidelijke visie en een grote drive om te blijven verbeteren. Ik heb bij de eerse Sustainers gezien dat bij iedere volgende woning weer zaken beter waren gedaan. Als ik opnieuw moest beginnen zou ik zonder twijfel weer voor Sustainer Homes kiezen, zeker met de verbeteringen die in de tussentijd zijn gemaakt aan het concept. Maar ik ben ook blij dat wij nu gewoon lekker kunnen genieten in onze comfortabele duurzame bungalow, waarin iedere dag een vakantiegevoel geeft. We have been living in our Sustainer Home for over a year now. The construction process was not always easy. We had calculated that, it was really a start-up at that time, but when I compare with local residents, I am very satisfied. We have indeed had problems with the price increase. This wrs can partly be explained by the fact that the experience was still gained with estimating, and partly by the overheated hardware store. But when it came down to it, the Sustainer team always showed their willingness to work together. I respect the way in which this young team has presented this concept with a clear vision and a strong drive to keep improving. I have seen at the first Sustainers that business was done better at every next home. If I had to start again, I would no doubt choose Sustainer Homes again, certainly with the improvements that have been made to the concept in the meantime. But I am also happy that we can now simply enjoy our comfortable, sustainable bungalow, which gives a holiday feeling every day.
